The Tramonto Villas Hotel is located right along the Tramonto quebrada, a small stream that flows through the property. Each side of stream has a 45 Feet protected area and we will utilize this area to create a "river walk" including café's bakeries, small sitting areas where food and art fairs will take place.

Tramonto is an Italian village transported to Costa Rica; each villa is a two story (two suites) building, colorful and grouped like a typical Brownstone or Row houses that resemble an Italian Mediterranean village.

The Villas will be used as the hotel guest quarters; these units are supplemented by the Residences at Ailanto and the Condos at Ailanto Lake whenever they become fully occupied.
