The Owners, Friend and Family Program (“OFF”) is designed to
have you the Homeowner, enjoy the benefits of ownership in our
Resort without the limitations usually imposed by the “Vacation”
or “Timeshare” programs that are typically offered in the
marketplace.
When you become a Homeowner at Ailanto, you can enjoy all the
facilities that we have available, not on some specific week,
but anytime that you wish.
When you and your family or friends are ready to go a Vacation
or just simply enjoy a weekend at your resort just make your
reservation and your travel plans. Better yet, call our
Concierge and let us arrange everything for you.
You can spend a day, a week, a month or longer just being
spoiled in our beautiful facilities; you can use our High Tech
Fitness and Body Maintenance facilities, the Beauty Enhancement
Center, Tennis Courts, the Lagoons or just soak in our fantastic
Thermal Waters. All this while staying in our Super Luxurious
accommodations.

What is the Cost of the Program?
There is no cost to join OFF; your ownership in one or more
properties entitles you to all benefits.
How much do we pay while we are staying in
the Facilities?
You will be assessed a fee equivalent to 50% of the Internal
Rent Rate (the Rent that we use to calculate the income sharing
with you), this fee is for the Maintenance, repair and
replacement fund of the unit that you are staying in.

Is this fee based on the Rental Class of
the Unit that I own?
No, it is based on the Class of the Unit that you will be
staying, i.e. you may stay in any of the Ailanto properties not
necessarily an equal unit as the one that you own.
What facilities can I use during my stay?
You can use any and all the facilities; you must make
reservations and mention that you are an owner.
You may use but pay for the restaurant, training classes,
medical facilities, spa, services, Concierge, but you are
entitled to a 10% discount off the current rates.
Can my Friends and Family use the
facilities?
Yes and receive all of the benefits, but you will be limited to
two annual invitations that you could extend to your friends,
your direct family (Children under 25 and Parents) are entitled
to unlimited visits.
