Casitas are not small, they are independent detached homes of
2200 Square Feet or more, featuring 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchen,

where you can jump in your Jacuzzi to enjoy a romantic
interlude.

overlapping populations will be attracted to Ailanto:

- Baby boomers (ages 38-56, representing 50% of visitors)
- Corporate executives (ages 30-70, representing 10% of
visitors)
- International health tourists (ages 9-99, representing
40% of visitors)

Ailanto’s open admission policy
will welcome anyone who is serious about his or her personal
well being and healthcare. The health resort, initially in Costa
Rica, will not accommodate complicated medical conditions
requiring 24-hour physician and nursing care. The following
categories of people will benefit from services at Ailanto:

- Want to live longer: Patient has a good reason to live longer.
- Want to be healthier: Patient feels fine most of the time, but
knows he could be healthier, happier and more functional.
- Feel run down and stressed out: Patient looking for a place to
rest, relax, detoxify and heal mind, body, and spirit.
