The Condos at Ailanto Lake
48 Units will be the Condo complex, these 4 story elevator serviced six buildings are placed around Ailanto Lake, and these units are also available for the Hotel to use as overflow units.

Each of the buildings contains 8 Condominiums. All Condos (except for Bagatzi) are designed as lock-out units to allow the buyer to lease a suite while he maintains one for himself.
The Buyer is given the option to place the home or condominium in to the "Optional Rental Management Program" for purposes of leasing the units to the Hotel and Spa guests, the buyer would receive 60% of the rental revenue when the unit is rented to third parties.
There are no vehicles allowed on the site, we have made arrangements for guest to park in Ailanto Parking Lot located at the entrance of the complex. The Ailanto Association will provide transportation via Golf carts within the complex.
The Ailanto association will provide garbage pick up and all utilities to each Condominium for a monthly HOA fee. |
