Under construction at Ailanto Wellness Resort and Spa, 55 Luxury Tuscan style private residences, ranging in size from 2,300 to 4,800 Square Feet.
Feature of our Residences at Ailanto include that each of our homes split into 3 to 5 suites (depending on the model) and as such, a Homeowner could enjoy a private home and also an investment opportunity in beautiful Costa Rica that can pay many times over since each of these suites can be rented through our management company on site.
The construction phase is being handled through Toque Del Cielo, SA, a Costarican corporation and by Ribadab Properties Corporation (RPC) through its sister company, All American Homes-RPC, LLC a licensed Arizona General Contractor. Currently Phase I, our 6 model homes is under way and available for viewing early 2008.
RPC has extensive experience in developing and building entry level to Luxury Custom Homes.
We are pioneering Luxury with our private residences, spacious and comfortable condominiums with beautiful primary and secondary forest views. Each of our homes may be split into very private 3-4 or 5 Luxury Suites ranging from 400SF to 1,200 SF.  All homes are furnished by Robb and Stucky, America's foremost luxury furniture manufacturer and retailer
 
The lots are large, ranging form 1,000 meters or quarter acres to 7,800 meters or acre and a half, and we will not build more than 30% of the entire property, which means ample open areas and beautiful settings for each and every home.
We respect our ecological gifts this stunning property has to offer and many native species are on the property and we plant many more daily in order to keep and attract the local birds, monkeys and numerous butterflies that inhabit the area, including Howler and white faced monkeys, Toucans, humming birds and Pavas as well as many other species that call Ailanto home. Enjoy the rhythms of the forest as it sings and welcomes you. 
All residences are comfortable, well-appointed accommodations with king, or two double beds plus a patio and observation deck. Each is equipped with a fireplace (gas only, we cannot pollute our air), full kitchens, Jacuzzis and furnished down to the dishes and glasses.
 
We have a limited number of Estate Homes; these are up to 4,800 Square Feet Tuscan style luxury homes that include either three or four bedrooms, full kitchens, washer and dryer, dining area and airy living space.
The Ailanto Master Plan is completed; we have all studies necessary to obtain the final permitting from the local authorities. These studies include and have already been submitted for final approval expected by January 2008:

• Archaeological
• Environmental
• Street Planning

Phase I, Model homes is well under way. Check back frequently to see the updates on our Construction Page. We are in the process building three model homes, all Sienas. Lots 1, 4 and 9 will be used for this purpose. The land has been cleaned and prepared for the building of these models
All three Model homes have been sold.
The furniture line has been selected and it will be an exclusive Ailanto line, Robb and Stucky are taking care of the furniture needs.
The front fence, is being constructed from the rock found on the property and is completed.
