The Development Plan
 The Ailanto site has been divided into Quintas (large 5,000 Square Meter Parcels) or acre and a quarter lots. Fronting the public road, at the entrance of Ailanto, the model home sites are divided into 1,000 plus Square Meter lots or quarter acre lots. These are large lots with abundant common areas and an open feeling. Our real estate plan calls for the development of Tuscan style homes that vary from 220 to 450 Square Meters each and first class Condominium development starting at $16,000 under our fractionalized home ownership programs.
The beautiful Tuscan Village of Tramonto will be home to our 5 star luxury 120 room hotel.
A Homeowners Association as well as a Tennis Club will be formed to maintain the standards of the community.
